« Thoracic extension | Pec stretch | Lower body stretches »
Stand next to a wall looking straight forward, for example in a doorway. Place your arm against the wall so that your upper arm is straight out to the side and the forearm and hand is pointing up. Now rotate your upper body away from the wall. Experiment with placing your elbow at different heights for perhaps a more efficient stretch.
Don’t be sloppy with the setup! Pointing your feet in the same direction as you’re about to turn will make the stretch near worthless. In the example of the doorway, look straight into the room with your feet pointing straight forward. When you turn in the stretch you should only move your upper body, not your legs.
